Draft terms for the desktop product. Review them against the final licensing and distribution model before publication.

1. Purpose

KLIMENTYEV Cloud is a Windows desktop client that helps users upload, download and optionally synchronize files with their own Google Drive accounts. It is an independent product, not a Google service.

2. Your account and permissions

You must have the necessary permissions to access and distribute files. Sign-in is handled by Google. Google Drive storage limits, service availability and account restrictions are determined by Google.

3. Transfers and sharing

Users choose which data to upload or download and whether to allow view-by-link access. Public sharing may make files accessible to anyone possessing the link. Deleting a project from the app may move its cloud copy to Trash following confirmation. Verify the destination and permissions before starting a transfer.

4. Transfers, interruptions and backups

The program can attempt to resume interrupted transfers, but network failures, API limits, insufficient storage or local file changes may require user attention. Maintain an independent backup of important data; do not rely on a single copy.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the program to infringe intellectual property, violate privacy, upload unlawful materials or evade Google service rules.

6. Development status

KLIMENTYEV Cloud is currently under development. Capabilities, availability, licensing conditions and supported platforms may change. The desktop software may be subject to separate license activation when enabled.
